Coffee makes everything better. On Saturdays, when my mom and I are running errands, we always make sure to swing by a coffee shop for a little pick-me-up. Our philosophy is that if we have to do errands (that are not always enjoyable), we will make them enjoyable by treating ourselves to coffee! Who’s with us? But sometimes, we want to enjoy our coffee house favorites at home. Whether it’s making your morning coffee just a little bit better than your normal cup of joe or you’re looking for a little pick me up, we have some recipes for you! Here’s how to make an iced white chocolate mocha from the comfort of your own home!

1 ½ Cup Brewed, Room Temperature or Cold Coffee
Ice Cubes
Sweet Cream Cold Foam or Whipped Cream (Optional)

Add a ⅓-½ cup of milk of your choice. Depending on how you like your coffee, you can adjust the amount accordingly.
Using a milk frother, blend the white chocolate sauce and the milk together until combined.
Add 1 ½ cups of brewed chilled, or room-temperature coffee and ice.
Drink as is or top with sweet cream cold foam or whipped cream.
White Chocolate Sauce Recipe
If you’re wondering how to make an iced white chocolate mocha at home, but you do not have premade white chocolate sauce, this recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
¼ Cup White Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
Instructions:
Add ¼ cup of white chocolate chips and ¼ cup of heavy cream to a microwave-safe glass bowl or measuring cup.
Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, remove and stir.
Put the bowl back in the microwave for an additional 20 seconds, remove, and stir. The chocolate chips should be mostly melted. Using a whisk, stir the mixture until smooth and combined.
Let the white chocolate sauce cool to room temperature. The sauce will be runny, but it will thicken up as it cools to room temperature.

Strawberry Puree Recipe

⅓ Cup Water
Instructions:
Slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries and add them to a small saucepan.
Add 2-3 Tbsp. of sugar (depending on how sweet your berries are and if they are in season or not.)
Add ⅓ cup of water.
Simmer this mixture on low heat until it is hot and bubbly. Break up the berries with a wooden spoon or whisk. Continue cooking the mixture until the berries are broken down, and the mixture starts thickening.
