Sweet Cream Cold Foam
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp. Coffee Creamer (your favorite flavor)
Instructions
Wondering how to make this sweet cream cold foam? Add 3 Tbsp. of heavy cream and 3 Tbsp. of your favorite flavor of coffee creamer (french vanilla and caramel are our personal favorites but seasonal flavors — like pumpkin spice or peppermint mocha — also make a welcomed addition) to a glass measuring cup, mason jar, or empty coffee mug.
Using a milk frother, whip the heavy cream and creamer until light and fluffy. If you do not have a milk frother, simply add both ingredients to a mason jar, secure a lid on top, and shake vigorously until the mixture is light, airy, and frothy.
Prepare your hot or iced coffee drink to your preference.
Slowly pour the sweet cream cold foam on top for an elevated homemade barista drink!
Servings
This sweet cream cold foam recipe makes enough cold foam for 2 cups of coffee. However, if you have a large coffee or simply love a lot of sweet cream cold foam (like us), you could use the entire batch on top.
If you have any leftover mixture, you can store it in a jar with a lid for up to 3 days in the fridge. Just be sure to re-whip the sweet cream cold foam again before serving.
